Product images not loading

Image rendering is working again, and quote documents and orders can be generated as normal. Thank you for your patience, and our apologies for the disruption.

Since about 09:20 CET, generated product images and 3D snapshots in configurators are not loading. Configuring, quoting and the rest of Hive CPQ keep working as normal. Our team is investigating and we will post an update here as soon as we know more.
